I also tried to cancel over the phone multiple times, but they disallowed me to do so. There is no reason that I should have to go into a gym while bedridden to cancel a membership that could easily be canceled over the phone. I understand if it was a bank or something. I would never sign up for any company that would not let me cancel due to my not being able to come into the business and cancel in person. I cannot tell you how disgusted I am with a policy like that. Apparently, there is a policy in effect at the crunch fitness on Hillsboro Avenue in ***** that all cancellations must be done in person. I was charged every single month since then.

I was assured that I would not be charged after sending the email. I come to find out that my account has been charged every single month since the email has sent. I was given an email address in which to send a detailed email with my name and situation in order to get the membership canceled without having to go in person to a crunch fitness location. I contacted crunch, letting them know that I will not be able to use the gym membership for several months and that I will need to cancel it.

Went to the doctor, got x-rays, the whole shebang. I injured myself in a trampoline accident to where I was bedridden for several weeks.
